A rare seven-year-old specimen of this exceptional jaboticaba is now available! Height 100 cm

Plinia coronata, known as the Crowned Jabuticaba or also Val-Paraiso, is among the most beautiful and most prized species of its genus. It comes from the mountainous regions of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest, where it grows in fertile, humid soils and produces fruits that are a true tropical treasure.

The plant we offer is already 7 years old, 100 cm tall, strong and steadily growing - an ideal choice for those who want to immediately bring a fully developed and healthy jaboticaba into their collection without waiting for its slow growth in the first years.

Its fruits are among the largest within the Plinia genus - they reach a diameter of 3 to 4 cm, are deep purple to black in color and bear the typical "crown" at the top, from which it got its name. The pulp is juicy, sweet and refreshing, with a delicate aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits and berries.

This species is extremely decorative – the light brown, smooth trunk contrasts with the dense green foliage, while hundreds of shiny fruits grow directly on the trunk and branches, creating an unusually impressive sight. Plinia coronata is also quite hardy and can withstand light frosts down to -3 °C, making it an ideal choice for growers in milder climates.

This seven-year-old plant is a collector's gem – a fully acclimatized, vital jaboticaba that has already endured the demanding years of slow growth and is ready to continue to grow, bloom and bear fruit in the future. If you are looking for a truly exceptional specimen with the certainty of trouble-free development, this Plinia coronata is the right choice.
