Campomanesia neriiflora - guabiroba-maracujá

Out of stock Preparing to spring 2026

Campomanesia neriiflora, also known as white guabiroba or guabiroba-maracujá, is a rare and fascinating fruit tree from the myrtaceae family. This rare species, native to the Atlantic forests of South America and northeastern Argentina, is a true pearl among tropical and subtropical plants, prized by collectors and lovers of exotic fruits.

The plant impresses with its compact growth, glossy green leaves and delicate white flowers, which in spring are fragrant and attract pollinators. The very sight of it evokes a sense of touch of distant tropical landscapes and its presence in a collection makes it look exceptional.

The fruits are round, up to 3 cm in size, initially greenish-blue, when ripe they turn bright yellow-orange. They are excellent for direct consumption. The flesh is juicy, aromatic and its taste resembles passion fruit. The fruits are eaten without the peel, which is bitter.

This rare tree is relatively undemanding, adapts well to different soils and will reward you with reliable growth and regular fruiting.

THE SIZE OF THE PLANTS SOLD WITH A FLOWER POT IS 15 to 20 CM - LAST PICTURE
