SYZYGIUM 

It is a genus of plants in the myrtle family comprising about 1200 species. In the past, it was also associated with the large, mostly American genus Eugenia. It is widespread in the tropics and subtropics of the Old World from Africa to New Zealand and Hawaii. Most species grow in Southeast Asia. Many species produces edible, excellent fruits. a type of plant for growing in a pot, where from spring to autumn they can be ideal outdoors and for winter they are transferred home to a window or to a heated greenhouse, where they winter at around 10 -20 C.
